ingredients

1 pound ground chicken ​
1 cup butternut squash, cubed ​
1 cup sweet potato, diced​
1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained ​
1 onion, diced ​
3 cloves garlic, minced ​
1 red apple, diced ​
½ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Baste & Glaze ​
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup ​
1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes ​
1 cup chicken bone broth ​
1 teaspoon smoked paprika ​
½ teaspoon cinnamon ​
Salt and pepper to taste ​

For Serving:​
Greek yogurt, optional​
Green onion, optional​
Sharp cheddar, optional

directions

  1. Add all ingredients into slow cooker and stir until well-combined​
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours or 6-8 hours on low until root vegetables become soft and chicken is cooked through​
  3. Taste and adjust as needed, adding more teriyaki for richer flavor​
  4. Serve with toppings of your choosing, such as Greek yogurt, green onions, and cheddar cheese
