1 medium ripe tomato, quartered
Ice
2 ounces vodka 
1 teaspoon Kikkoman® Umami Joy Sauce 
1 teaspoon dry vermouth  

For Serving
2 grape or cherry tomatoes 
Basil  

directions

  1. Add quartered tomato to a pint glass and muddle to release juices. Strain juice into a small bowl.  
  2. Add ice to a martini shaker. Add vodka, umami joy sauce, dry vermouth, and tomato juice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with tomatoes and fresh basil.
