- Cut the eggplant into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the asparagus into 3-4 pieces.
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil and butter. Once the butter starts melting, add the eggplant, asparagus, and “Saku Saku Crunchy Soy Sauce Flake”Ā and saute.
- Add the cooked pasta directly from the pot to the frying pan.
- Toss lightly until combined.
