Soymilk Pancakes

Ingredients

100 ml Prepared soymilk

120g Pancake mix

1 piece Egg

Appropriate amount Butter

Appropriate amount Honey (or maple syrup)

Directions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them, then add the prepared soy milk and mix well.
  2. (1) Add the hot cake mix and mix.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, place the bottom of the pan on a damp cloth and let it cool slightly. Pour in a ladleful of batter from a slightly higher position and cook over low heat.
  4. When small bubbles appear on the surface, flip it over with a spatula and cook on low heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Cook the remaining batter in the same way. Place on a plate, top with butter, and drizzle with honey (or maple syrup).
