2 quarts canola oil
1 quart balsamic vinegar
2 cups Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 cup feta cheese
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup dried basil
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 large cloves garlic
salt and pepper

directions

Combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce, cheese, sugar, basil, lemon juice and garlic: blend with hand blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
