ingredients

  • 1 pack (oz) Chicken of the Sea Salmon
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 med. egg beaten
  • 1 cup Kikkoman Japanese Style Toasted Panko
  • 3 Tbsp butter

For Mayo Topping

  • Kikkoman Sweet & Sour Sauce
  • Mayo

directions

  • Combine 1st seven ingredients in a medium bowl, egg, and ⅓ cup Kikkoman Panko. Form mixture into 4 balls.
  • Roll the salmon balls in the remaining panko; flatten them into cakes about ½ inch thick.
  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Fry 3-4 minutes per side till golden brown.

For Mayo Topping Drizzle

  • Use a 1:3 ratio or to taste with Kikkoman Sweet & Sour Sauce and Mayo
