Transfer to a container with a snap on lid and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Everything Seasoning:

Combine Everything Seasoning and celery salt in a spice grinder. Grind to a coarse consistency.
In a “cocktail rimmer” pour the Everything Mixture on the “dry” side and a few tablespoons of Kikkoman Citrus Seasoned Ponzu on the “wet” side.

To Finish the Bloody Mary:

Dip the rim of glass in the wet side of the cocktail rimmer and then in the Everything Mix.
Pour a 1 ounce shot of vodka in the glass and 3 ounces of Bloody Mary Mix.

  • Note:
For a high-volume bar, ready to pour Bloody Mary’s can be made ahead in large batches. Simply multiply ingredients for the desired yield, then mix in vodka or gin at a ratio of three parts Bloody Mary Mix to 1 part vodka or gin.
