Southwestern Fajita Marinade

Yield: 2 cups

kikkoman products used:

ingredients

1 cup Mexican-style beer
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
8 ounces chopped onion
4 chopped shallots
8 garlic cloves, chopped
2 jalapeños, stemmed
2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
1 bunch cilantro, washed

directions

In jar of electric blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Use as a marinade for pork, chicken or beef.
