Soymilk Tonkotsu Ramen

kikkoman products used:

ingredients

100 ml Prepared Kikkoman® Original Soymilk

1/2 tsp Sesame Oil

2 bags Chinese noodles (fresh)

2 pieces Egg

10 g Versatile green onion

10 g Pickled ginger

1/2 teaspoon Roasted white sesame seeds

200 ml [A] Water

15 g [A] Chinese seasoning (paste)

directions

  1. Boil the eggs in water and turn off the heat after 7-8 minutes. Peel and cut in half after soaking in water. Chop the green onions into small pieces.
  2. Boil the Chinese noodles and place them in a bowl.
  3. Put [A] in a pot and heat. Once cooked, add the soy milk and sesame oil, turn off the heat just before it comes to a boil, and [2] pour into the pot.
  4. [2] Place on [1] top and sprinkle with green onions, pickled ginger, and sesame seeds.
