  • 4 oz Kikkoman® Sweet Soy Glaze
  • 2 oz Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
  • 4 oz Yuzu purée
  • 6 oz flat iron steak

Flat iron steak gets a bold upgrade with a glaze of Kikkoman Sweet Soy Glaze, Sriracha, and yuzu purée, then seared and sliced for a sweet, spicy, citrus-bright finish. Runner-up in the 2025 Kikkoman College & University Broker Culinary Contest.

  1. Whisk together the Kikkoman Sweet Soy Glaze, Sriracha, and yuzu purée. Let sit for at least 1 hour.
  2. Sear the steak to your desired doneness.
  3. Slice into strips and glaze generously with the sauce.

Variation: Try this glaze on chicken, seared tuna, or your favorite protein for a versatile, craveable option.
