ingredients

1/2 cup canola oil

1 qt., 2/3 cup Carrots, raw, chopped

1 qt.,2/3 cup Onions, raw, chopped

1 qt.,2/3 cup Sweet green peppers, raw, chopped

1 cup Water

16 and 1/2 Noodle Cakes, Woodles Whole Grain Ramen

1 cup and 2 tbsp., Kikkoman® Less Sodium Teriyaki Glaze

5 lbs, Grilled chicken breast bites

  1. Thaw Chicken under refrigeration one day in advance.
  2. Thoroughly wash and chop produce.
  3. Cook Woodles Ramen Noodles in boiling water for 4 1/2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  4. Preheat skillet or braising pan to 375 degrees, add oil.
  5. Add onion, green peppers, and carrots to braising pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add chicken, teriyaki glaze, & water to sautéed vegetable blend. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes. Product must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  7. Add ramen noodles, mix well and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Transfer stir fry mixture to hot holding cabinet.
