kikkoman products used:

ingredients

2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
2 cups chunky peanut butter
3/4 cup Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
2/3 cup rice vinegar
2/3 cup water
5 teaspoons Kikkoman Preservative-Free Non-GMO Toasted Sesame Oil
2 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

directions

In container of blender, combine all ingredients except pepper flakes; blend until emulsified. Stir in pepper flakes. Serve with grilled fish or chick, or with roast pork.
