- Cook noodles according to package directions. In the meantime, heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and snow peas. Sauté for 4 minutes, then cover and cook 3 minutes longer.
- Transfer cooked noodles to skillet. Add water chestnuts and teriyaki takumi. Reduce heat to low and cook 1-2 minutes longer, tossing noodles to coat with sauce. Divide noodles between two bowls and serve hot topped with green onions.
