In a pot, combine all ingredients except for the chicken.
Bring it to boil.
Add your chicken breast (whole) into the braising liquid, return to a boil and remove from heat.
Cover and let it sit for 20-25 minutes to fully cook through.
Once cooled, remove your chicken breast and slice the chicken.
Garnish with finely chopped spring onions, toasted sesame seeds and serve with some of the braising liquid.
