- Grease basket of air fryer with cooking oil. Combine chicken breast and ¼ cup of Takumi in a bowl and stir to coat. Spread evenly in air fryer basket and air fry at 380ºF for 8 minutes.
- While chicken cooks, combine vegetables and olive oil in a bowl and stir to coat. Pour vegetables into air fryer with chicken and shake basket to incorporate vegetables and toss chicken. Air fry for 5 minutes longer.
- Transfer stir fry to a serving bowl and immediately toss with remaining Takumi. Serve hot over rice.
