ingredients

1 pound chicken breast, cubed 
¼ + ¼ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original, divided
1 cup asparagus, coarsely chopped
1 cup red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
½ cup yellow onion, coarsely chopped
½ cup cut baby corn, drained 
1 tablespoon olive oil  

For Serving
2 cups cooked rice 

directions

  1. Grease basket of air fryer with cooking oil. Combine chicken breast and ¼ cup of Takumi in a bowl and stir to coat. Spread evenly in air fryer basket and air fry at 380ºF for 8 minutes.  
  2. While chicken cooks, combine vegetables and olive oil in a bowl and stir to coat. Pour vegetables into air fryer with chicken and shake basket to incorporate vegetables and toss chicken. Air fry for 5 minutes longer.  
  3. Transfer stir fry to a serving bowl and immediately toss with remaining Takumi. Serve hot over rice.
