- Preheat oven to 350°Fā.
- Place chicken breasts on baking sheet and rub with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.ā
- Generously glaze chicken with KikkomanĀ® Teriyaki Takumi, Original.Ā ā
- Wrap each chicken breast with two pieces of bacon.ā
- Place chicken in a baking dish and brush with more KikkomanĀ® Teriyaki Takumi, Original until baconĀ is coatedĀ with sauce.Ā ā
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.ā
- Uncover dish and broil for 5 minutes to crisp bacon.Ā ā
- Mix diced pineapples, diced tomatoes, red onions, chopped cilantro, diced jalapeƱos, lime juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt in a bowl. ā
- Top chicken with pineapple salsaĀ and serve!
