ingredients

1 package (3 oz.) cook & serve vanilla pudding & pie filling mix
2 cups Pearl Creamy Vanilla Organic Soymilk
2 large ripe bananas
1 (9-inch) ready-made graham cracker pie crust

directions

  1. Prepare mix according to package directions for pie filling, substituting soymilk for milk.
  2. Cool 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Thinly slice bananas and arrange in single layer on pie crust. Spoon filling evenly over bananas.
  4. Chill pie about 3 hours, or until filling is firm.
