directions

  1. Slice and marinate beef with beef marinade for 30 minutes. Wash and cut Chinese broccoli. Mix sauce in a small bowl (except cooking wine).
  2. Stir fry beef until it’s 90% cooked and set aside. Blanch Chinese broccoli in water & oil for 1 minute or until tender. (Note: Make sure you don’t overcook the Chinese broccoli. You want the color of the green to be bright & vibrant).
  3. Fry ginger and garlic until aromatic.
  4. Add Chinese broccoli, beef, and premixed sauce + cooking wine. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is evenly mixed in.
  5. Drizzle a dash of oil to help keep the dish hot.
  6. Enjoy with rice & other dishes!

THE STORY OF SOY SAUCE

Even people who love soy sauce and use it all the time are often surprised to learn what it is and how it’s made. We make ours from just four simple ingredients—water, soybeans, wheat, and salt. Those ingredients are transformed through a traditional brewing process—much like making wine or beer—that has remained unchanged for centuries.
