- Make your chicken marinade by adding the teriyaki sauce, garlic and green onions into a bowl and marinate the chicken in the fridge for 15 minutes while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
- Cook your rice as directed in a rice cooker.
- Cut up your carrots, cucumbers and chili peppers.
- Pan fry chicken until cooked through.
- Build your lettuce cups and serve.
