- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Dredge your Gournay cheese in flour, egg and panko.
- Place the cheese on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 10 minutes to bake (until you see it starting to get golden brown).
- Take it out of the oven place on serving dish.
- Top the baked crispy cheese with hot honey and chopped fresh rosemary
- Serve alongside crackers and enjoy warm!
