- Season flesh side of salmon with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Lightly grease a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute. Add salmon to skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Turn heat off.
- Stir together ingredients for Spicy Umami Mayonnaise in a small bowl until smooth.
- Assemble bowl of rice with edamame, cucumber, avocado, jalapenos, cilantro and salmon and drizzle with desired amount of umami mayonnaise. Bowl can be enjoyed warm or chilled.
