ingredients

1 package (3 oz.) orange-
flavored gelatin dessert
3/4 cup chilled PEARL® Organic Soymilk Creamy Vanilla
1 teaspoon grated fresh orange
peel
2 egg whites, at room
temperature
2 tablespoons sugar

directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water in medium-size bowl.
  2. Stir in soymilk and orange peel. Refrigerate 1 hour, or until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg white, stirring once.
  3. Beat egg whites in large bowl until frothy. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold into gelatin mixture.
  4. Pour evenly into 6 wine glasses or dessert bowls.
  5. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, or until firm.
