- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and keep warm in large serving bowl.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in medium-size saucepan over medium heat. Add celery and onion; sauté 5 minutes. Blend chicken broth, flour and soy sauce; stir into saucepan with peas & carrots. Stirring constantly, bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes.
- Gently stir in soymilk and imitation crabmeat; cook until heated through.
- Pour over pasta; toss well to combine. Serve with lemon wedges.
