ingredients

4 cups watercress
1 cup mandarin orange segments
1 cup sliced radishes
1 cup thinly sliced celery
½ cup pomegranate seeds
4 ounces Chèvre goat cheese, crumbled

For Dressing:
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons yuzu juice
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoon agave nectar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon garlic powder

directions

  1. Stir together ingredients for dressing in a small jar or bowl.
  2. Arrange ingredients for salad on a large platter. Pour dressing over salad. Serve right away.
