- Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the kale slaw, massaging and mixing thoroughly. Set aside.
- Heat a non-stick pan to medium heat and place the tortilla shells on the pan, heating for 1 minute on each side. Remove from pan.
- Place the sliced pork into the pan and heat for 1 minute per side or until pork is heated through.
- To assemble place ⅓ of the kale slaw onto each tortilla shell and top with ⅓ of the pork and ⅓ of the sliced avocado.
