- Place rib-eye steaks in a bowl with the teriyaki, scallions and garlic. Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
- Preheat the grill to 500°F.
- Remove steaks from marinade, let excess drip off.
- Grill for 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Cook longer for desired doneness.
- Let rest for 4 minutes, then slice against the grain.
- Serve with grilled vegetables.
