- Set ham out at room temperature 1 hour prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
- Add water to bottom of a roasting pan and place ham on rack. Brush half of Takumi on top of ham and tent with aluminum foil. Bake ham for 25 minutes.
- Remove aluminum foil and baste ham with remaining Takumi. Continue to cook, uncovered, 25 minutes longer or until internal temperature reaches 145ºF. Slice and serve with additional Takumi if desired.
