- Stir together olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, tequila, cilantro, cumin, and garlic in a small bowl.
- Blot steak and shrimp dry with paper towel and place into separate dishes.
- Pour half of the marinade over shrimp and the other half over steak. Gently stir to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Thread steak, lime slices and shrimp onto 10-12 skewers. Discard marinade.
- Heat grill to 400ºF and lightly grease with vegetable oil. Once grill is hot, add skewers and cook for 4 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
