ingredients

1 cup Kikkoman Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1 cup dry sherry
1 T. maple syrup
1/2 cup tomato paste
2 lbs. flank steak
Scallions, salt, pepper.

directions

  1. Whisk roasted garlic teriyaki sauce, sherry, maple syrup, tomato paste.
  2. Flatten flank steak with mallet; spread with scallions, salt, pepper. Roll up, marinate.
  3. Slice into pinwheels, skewer, grill and baste.
