- Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- While noodles boil, heat sesame oil over medium heat in a medium sized skillet. Add mushrooms and sauté 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and green onion. Sauté 3 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, cane sugar, and hot water. Continue to cook for 2 minutes longer to dissolve the sugar.
- Strain noodles, immediately add to the skillet and toss with tongs to coat the noodles. Serve hot garnished with red pepper flakes.
