ingredients

2 salmon filets
20 asparagus spears, bottoms trimmed off
½ tablespoon olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Triple Ginger

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the salmon and asparagus on top of the foil
  3. Drizzle olive oil over asparagus and season with salt and pepper
  4. Pour teriyaki sauce over salmon
  5. Bake until salmon is cooked through, approximately 15 minutes (depending on the thickness of the salmon). The salmon should look opaque and flakey
