ingredients

5 duck legs
1 tablespoon fresh thyme 
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
5 cloves garlic, grated
1 orange, zested
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup Kikkoman® Orange Sauce

For Serving
Rice
Pickled onions

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Toss duck legs with thyme, rosemary, garlic, orange zest, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil. Make sure everything is well combined. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Place duck legs in baking dish, skin-side up, and roast for 2 hours. Using the liquid in the bottom of the dish, baste the duck breasts every 30 minutes. 
  4. Remove the extra oil and duck fat from baking dish.
  5. Finish with orange sauce by pouring all over the duck and broiling on low for 5 minutes until crispy and caramelized.
  6. Serve with rice and pickled onions. Add additional sauce to taste.
