ingredients

1 package Kikkoman® Pad Thai Noodle Kit with Sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
4-5 medium shrimp, raw or cooked
1 green onion, chopped with whites removed

Toppings (optional):
Bean sprouts
1 tablespoon peanuts
2 pinches cilantro
1 green onion, chopped with whites removed
1 lime wedge

directions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot. Once boiling, add noodles to water for 3-4 minutes and drain when finished. Rinse in cold water to prevent sticking. Pour noodles into a bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat a sauté pan to medium-high heat and add olive oil. Add shrimp to the pan and stir-fry. The shrimp are done when they become pink and opaque. If using pre-cooked shrimp, stir-fry until heated through. This usually takes about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat and add sauce and green onion to pan and sauté for 2 more minutes.
  4. Pour shrimp mixture over noodles and top with bean sprouts, peanuts, cilantro, green onions, and lime wedge, if desired.
