Pasta with Teriyaki Chicken

Yield: 2 to 3 servings

kikkoman products used:

ingredients

1 lb. boneless & skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup Kikkoman Toasted Sesame Quick & Easy Marinade
2 tablespoons oil
1/3 cup sliced onion
8 oz. (1/2 inch thick) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 – 2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon butter
3 – 4 thinly julienne cut green onions (2-inch long)
2 – 3 servings cooked spaghetti or linguine (cooked al dente)
Pinch of salt and pepper

directions

  1. Marinate chicken with Quick & Easy Marinade.
  2. In large pan, brown chicken both sides and pour in remaining marinade. Cover and simmer until chicken is done. Slice chicken thinly and set aside.
  3. Wash the pan.
  4. Heat oil and sauté onion until tender. Add mushrooms, garlic powder, broth and soy sauce. Cook until boils. Reduce heat and add butter, green onions, chicken pieces and noodles. Salt & pepper to taste. Blend well and cook until noodle is tender or desired texture.
