- In 2 medium sized jars add the red onions to one jar and the cucumber and dill to the other.
- Add a pinch of salt and sugar to both jars.
- Pour hot water in both jars, filling ¼ of the jar.
- Pour rice vinegar in both jars to fill the remainder of the jars.
