ingredients

1 cup sushi rice​
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar​
2 teaspoons white sugar​
1 pound sushi-grade salmon, chopped into small cubes​
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Ponzu ​
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Soy Sauce​
1 teaspoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil​
1 green onion, chopped​
Nori Sheets, cut into halves​
1 small cucumber, julienned​
1 small carrot, julienned​
Clover sprouts

directions

  1. Make sushi rice according to package instructions. Mix cooked rice with rice vinegar and sugar. Set it aside. 
  2. In a bowl, combine chopped salmon, ponzu, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onion. Mix until well combined. 
  3. To assemble the hand rolls, place half a nori sheet on a flat surface. Add about 1-2 tablespoons of sushi rice, then top with cucumber, carrots, clover sprouts, and ponzu salmon mixture. 
  4. Start from the filling side, roll the nori into a cone shape. Use a grain of rice to seal the edges if needed. Serve immediately and enjoy!
