- Preheat your oven to 300°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the kale with ponzu sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat. Pour kale onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, checking halfway to see whether the baking sheet needs to be turned to ensure even roasting.
- Remove from oven and enjoy once cool. We also love putting this roasted kale on top of salads or even on top of noodle dishes.
