ingredients

1-2 cups neutral frying oil
8 ounces sashimi grade salmon​
2 scallions, chopped with the whites and greens separated​​
½ tablespoon chili flakes
½ tablespoon black flakey salt
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Ponzu 
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon Masago
1 teaspoon Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
Black pepper (optional)
10-12 wonton wrappers
Salt (to taste)
1 avocado, sliced

directions

  1. Heat your oil in a sauté pan.
  2. Cube the salmon and add to a bowl with scallion whites, chili flakes, salt, ponzu, mayo, lemon zest, Masago, rice vinegar and crushed black pepper, and mix.
  3. Fry your wonton wrappers on medium-high heat in oil until just golden brown, then remove to a paper towel/wire rack and season with salt.
  4. Slice your avocado and place on top of wonton wrappers with the salmon.
  5. Garnish with scallion greens and enjoy!
