- Pat scallops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper and Ponzu. Set in fridge until needed.
- Cook pasta per instructions in salted water. Drain pasta and set some of the pasta water aside.
- In a large pan on medium-high heat, add butter. Once butter has almost fully melted, add in scallops.
- Cook scallops for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, add cooked pasta, scallops, green onions, lemon juice and Ponzu. Mix thoroughly until all pasta is coated.
- Plate, top it off with more green onions, a little parmesan, lemon zest and enjoy!
