14 ounce Pork ribs 

⅔ cup of Water 

2 ounce Sugar

0.4 ounce Sliced ginger

1 tablespoon of Cooking Oil

6 ⅘  fl ounce Kikkoman® Ponzu Lime Sauce

4 tablespoons of Kikkoman®Unagi Sushi Sauce

directions

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan and Sear the surface of the pork ribs. 

 ※If using a whole piece, cut it into 1.2-1.6 inch cubes and sear the surface.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot and add seared pork, bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Skim off any scum, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes with a drop lid.
