- Whisk together ingredients for sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in pressure cooker on āSautĆ©ā setting. Blot chicken pieces dry with paper towel. When sesame oil is sizzling, add chicken and brown for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Press āCancelā and move chicken to one side of pot.Ā Add vegetables on top of chicken and add ramen noodles to the other side of pot. Pour sauce over noodles, making sure to saturate with sauce. Lock lid and close vent valve. Press āManualā setting for 4 minutes.
- When timer goes off, allow pressure to release for a few minutes before opening vent valve. When all pressure is released, open lid and toss noodles, vegetables, and chicken to coat with sauce. Serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro.
Note: if some noodles arenāt cooked through, turn pressure cooker to āSautĆ©ā setting and toss noodles using tongs. Cover with lid and cook 4-5 minutes longer until noodles are tender.
