ingredients

1/3 cup Kikkoman Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
2 tablespoons red wine
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crumbled
4 boneless chicken breast halves

directions

  1. Combine roasted garlic teriyaki sauce, wine and oregano; pour over chicken in 9-inch square baking pan, turning over to coat both sides with sauce. Arrange chicken, skin side down, in single layer.
  2. Bake in 350°F.oven 10 minutes.
  3. Turn chicken over and brush with pan juices. Bake 20 minutes longer, brushing with pan juices after 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat broiler.
  5. Broil chicken in same pan 5 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown and no longer pink in center, brushing once with pan juices.
