Tie the legs of hens together, turn wing tips under the backs. Place on a greased rack in a roasting pan. Combine cranberry sauce, orange sauce, sesame oil and garlic powder in a large bowl, whisk to combine. Spoon over hens (front and back) and bake uncovered at 325°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes until done. Baste with the sauce every 15 minutes.
