ingredients

4 boneless tender beef steaks (ribeye or top sirloin),
each about 3/4 inch thick
1/3 cup Kikkoman Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce

directions

  1. Place steaks in large plastic food storage bag; pour in roasted garlic teriyaki sauce. Press air out of bag; close top securely. Turn bag over several times to coat steaks well. Keeping bag as flat as possible, marinate steaks 30 minutes.
  2. Grill or broil steaks 4 to 5 inches from heat source, 5 minutes.
  3. Turn steaks over; brush with additional roasted garlic teriyaki sauce. Cook 5 minutes longer (for medium-rare), or to desired doneness.
