- Season your shrimp with salt and pepper, garlic and chili flakes and let marinate while you chop the rest of your ingredients.
- Cut your veggies and fruit into manageable thin sized pieces and get ready to start skewering.
- Build your skewers to your preference and then add half your teriyaki and brush on both sides of the skewers. Flip and repeat on the other side.
- Get your grill grate very hot, spray with some oil, and begin searing your shrimp and veggie skewers.
- Cook 2-3 min per side on high heat, remove and serve on a platter with rice and a fresh squeeze of charred lemon.
