Lightly spray molds with cooking spray, insert sticks and set aside. Combine the sugar, corn syrup and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Increase heat. Once boiling insert a candy thermometer. Let boil (without stirring) until candy reaches 295°F. Remove from heat and let it sit until it stops bubbling completely. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Spoon the candy into the molds, making sure to cover the back of the stick. Allow to cool completely then wrap individually with plastic wrappers.
