ingredients

2 tablespoons + 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
1 pound trimmed green beans
1 large shallot thinly sliced
⅓ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Gochujang Spicy Miso

directions

  1. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes in a large skillet. Add shallots and green beans and stir fry for 12 minutes, stirring regularly until green beans are evenly charred and start to tenderize.
  2. Stir in Takumi sauce and reduce heat to low. Continue to cook for 7-9 minutes longer, stirring occasionally until green beans are tender and start to wrinkle. Serve hot.
