- Heat two tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes in a large skillet. Add shallots and green beans and stir fry for 12 minutes, stirring regularly until green beans are evenly charred and start to tenderize.
- Stir in Takumi sauce and reduce heat to low. Continue to cook for 7-9 minutes longer, stirring occasionally until green beans are tender and start to wrinkle. Serve hot.
