- Mince the garlic then chop green onions and julienne the cucumbers.ā
- Cook the frozen udon per package instructions, strain and plate.ā
- Add the Takumi to the cooked udon.ā
- Heat up oil and sautĆ© the garlic, green onions (reserve some for garnish) and chili flakes for about 30 seconds or until fragrant, then add mixture to the udon.ā
- Mix udon well then garnish with remaining green onions and cucumbers.
