24 pot sticker wrappers

Vegetable oil cooking spray

½ lb. ground pork

3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Gluten-Free Poke Sauce

1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Gluten-Free Hoisin Sauce

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

3 green onions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

Garnishes: thinly slivered radish, cilantro leaves

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray. Press a pot sticker wrapper into each cup, pressing into the sides so that the cups will be flat on the bottom. Coat with cooking spray and bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

 2. While cups are cooking, brown pork in a medium skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients except garnishes and cook for a few minutes to cook off excess liquid.

3. Spoon equal amounts into pot sticker cups and garnish with radish and cilantro.

THE STORY OF SOY SAUCE

Even people who love soy sauce and use it all the time are often surprised to learn what it is and how it’s made. We make ours from just four simple ingredients—water, soybeans, wheat, and salt. Those ingredients are transformed through a traditional brewing process—much like making wine or beer—that has remained unchanged for centuries.
